Arriving in Merimbula

Left Melbourne at 4:45a.m we got to the airport and we boarded a very small plane called Rex. We arrived in Merimbula an hour later and unpacked at our new 3 story beach house and in the house there is a glass elevator. We went for a beach walk with my uncle’s friends and dogs. On the walk we saw a large pod of dolphins swimming in the surf. After the walk we went to my uncle’s friend’s home and saw a large huntsman spider and from the balcony and saw a wild wallaby having it’s dinner. The next day we went swimming in really big waves and learned about rip tides and undertow. Later that day we went on a walk on the board walk and saw hundreds of soldier crabs.

I like the soldier crab photo – they look like they are marching on a mission – most likely getting away from the invaders – you and Jack! You are certainly having some great adventures, it is wonderful to follow your blog, nice job.
    Take care, Anne
